Thanks Tim Sweeney for playing this one on Beats In Space. The track was found in a series of compilations which, despite the fact that they are called "Lux & Ivy Favorites", are actually a collection tracks particularly appreciated by Lux Interior and/or Poison Ivy of Cramps' immortal fame.
The whole thing is made available by Voodoo Village, and volumes 1 to 9 can be found here and there.
